The techs are always so nice and so very competent. No mess - ever and the carpet dries so quickly. I won't use any other company to clean my carpet. I recommended Zerorez to a neighbor this year and she was extremely happy with the company.

I was very pleased with the work performed by Rick he did a wonderful job and my floors look great. I am not sure what kind of equipment was used or what type of solutions was used for cleaning the carpets but They came out wonderful they look terrific and I am very pleased.
As a side Note in regards to Rick the technician he did a great job I must say and I thank him wholeheartedly for coming out so quickly and getting my carpets into shape. He was courteous and professional and I thank him again for a job well done.
