We had some stains that past companies could not seem to get out. Your technician worked on some of them with several products and got them out. WOW!!!! We also can feel the difference in our carpet compared to past services. The commentary we heard on the radio about Zerorez is TRUE....no residue!!!!

Very professional and called many times before arriving. Service was done well. Only complaint is that the technician scrapped my freshly painted white trim pieces of wood each time he cleaned and so I had to repaint over the black marks.

The technician was very knowledgeable about the ZeroRez process. He was dressed professionaly and did a fantastic job cleaning my carpet. Dry time for the carpet was reasonable, about 12 to 24 hours. I will recommend ZeroRez to my friends and family.

I thought that Mike that was our tech did a great job - punctual and professional. I feel he explained well what he was going to do and was thorough pointing out areas that might be problematic in the walk-through. I feel that he worked efficiently and paid special attention to the areas we had discussed. The areas he cleaned dried within the 4-6 hour time frame and overall the process was relatively painless. Should have done it sooner!

Finally got my carpet clean, other companies didn't do so well. Also the lady who did it was very nice, Kelly,or Terry, sorry, not sure

They were able to get all the stains out and the carpets are not too wet when they are done. The last time I got my carpets cleaned from another company, my house was left smelling like wet dog. Every time I've used Zerorez though, the house smells clean. Pricey, but worth it.

That there isn't a soapy residue.
