Whats not to like----no soap residue, polite staff, carpet looks like new, most of the water extracted therefore dries quickly. I would never use anyone else and Scott is the BEST.

The thoroughness of your technician, Seth. When some stains reappeared after his first he came back to retreat the area. Though it appears that the stained area cannot be restored completely, we feel he has done all he can.
the use of water and orange based stain remover because I have a child with many allergies. Also, the day I called theycould have come and done the job, but we had not moved furniture yet.
