The technician (Wynton) was very professional, polite and careful in addition to doing excellent work. We're happy he came. (Don't know if there will be another page, so here I'm expressing my one disappointment -- not really related to the work done: We had two small rust spots on our carpet which their "super rust remover" could not remove. This reflects the nature of the stain itself and has no bearing on the company or their work.)

My carpet is not soaking wet after cleaning, unlike every other competitor I have tried.
Steam cleaning left carpet very clean. Technician very hard working, knowledgeable, pleasant to be around and determined to get carpet clean and free of odors. He returned with great attitude to redo a couple of sections of carpet that needed further attention.
Dominick was wonderful and did a great job! I love the "no residue" method of cleaning. I will definitely use Zerorez again, and I will recommend them to all my friends and family.
