The technician was on time and finished in less than an hour. I opened the windows and the carpet was dry within one day. The carpet is soft, clean, and smells good.

Very good carpet spot removal. Our technician, Vance, was very knowledgeable and thorough. I've never used Zerorez before, but needed to find a new company due to my prior service closing. Zerorez did a better job on some older stains than my previous company had done the past 8 years...on those same stains!
Zerorez cleaned my carpets so they looked like new. They removed dirt and stains that I could not get out using store-bought cleaners. Zerorez is true to its name: my carpet has no cleaning residue at all. This is the second time we have used Zerorez and we will definitely use them in the future.
