The products your tech used was a terrific mix that got up very old stains of a variety of sources (pets, food, dark fruit drinks, etc.). Also, Rich was excellent, prompt, courteous and always kept us informed on the progress he was making. He took a particular amount of time on difficult stains in strong traffic patterns, and was always polite and "on task" the entire time. We have already referred him to our neighbors.

Kenny has cleaned our carpets/furniture twice now. He is the most thoural, professional, (really takes his job and service he's providing seriously), also very sweet and explains everything so clearly. It's rare to encounter someone as exceptional as him. So because of him and the hard work and care he puts into cleaning someone's home I will go out of my way to refer your company and him. I'm over the top impressed with him!
