That no chemicals are used and how fast it is done. That is quick drying. I had pet stains and spray used had a pleasant smell and all stains are gone. I had used pet stain spray and seem to remove
but came back. I feel certain that all bad germs were taken care of with Zerorez.

I am appreciative that Zerorez understood my plea for an "emergency" carpet cleaning service, due to a doggie-accident in my house. My house is for sell and scheduled for showings. Often, it is challenging and difficult to have strangers working in one's home; I was at ease with Rich, feeling he is honest and trustworthy.

I like the cleaning products and methods you use.
