For this particular visit we had an emergency situation with a sick pup who painted the carpet in an entire room with diarrhea. Zerorez got rid of the stains and the smell; and most importantly, were able to have a technician out same day. Did I mention that this was my dog, but my in-laws home? Quick and professional service saved the carpet and my relationship. :)
