I liked everything about the Zerorez process. This was our first time to use a carpet cleaner and Zerorez did a top-notch professional job. Got a valid estimate over the phone, had daily notifications, and the serviceman Scott was outstanding in every way. He reviewed our job thoroughly and gave specific details as to how the work would be done and then had us review each room with him before packing up. We had had remodeling done last year, and the carpenters had left soiling on our carpets and we are very pleased to have our carpets looking great again! Thanks Zerorez!!
