The fact that is is void of chemicals
We've had you out twice so far and both times we have had excellent customer service and excellent results!! We will never use any other company ever again! We have four kids and a yellow lab, so you can imagine our carpets...yuck. Plus, when the dog had an untimely accident in the middle of the night on white carpet...yikes!!! I was truly amazed that it came out! You guys are great!
The technician and the quality of work
This is the first time we have used Zerorez and we were very pleased. The technician was very friendly, fast, and efficient. Our carpets look like new again. The smell of the solution was very mild and was pet friendly. We had vacuumed our carpet before the cleaning and got lots of dusty fuzzy stuff sloughing off our carpet. We vacuumed our carpet after the cleaning and got very little residue. My only mild complaint is that it took the carpet over 8 hours to dry (of course it was a wet, snowy day outside, so I am sure that affected the drying time).
Technician was friendly, helpful and efficient. Our carpet looks great. And, I called rather last minute and you were quick to respond. Thank you!
Kenny was awesome, and thorough. I like that there are no detergents use, but I must say, in one short day, the sports are resurfacing when I thought without the detergents that other carpet cleaning companies use, this would not be an issue.
Your technician was excellent, knowledgeable and u intrusive. The end result was/is beautiful.

I love that there is no residue in the carpets and they are soft like new. You technicians are so well trained and polite and they call before they arrive. Wynton was the best of all the technicians I have used. He even added an additional job for me at the end of the day when he was finished. I will personally ask for him each time.
