Michael Miller is a "people" person. He was so pleasant and worked diligently, doing an excellent job! My home is very large, with 54 stairs/landings. That is an even harder task than cleaning a normal room. I appreciated his carefulness with the hoses against walls and wood. Having a Zerorez cleaning makes a home feel almost new! I was ready to get new carpeting then Zerorez sent Dennis to clean my carpet. He was very knowledgeable, explained the cleaning process and did a wonderful job cleaning the carpet. He mentioned that I would probably think my carpet would look new when he finished. I was reluctant to believe him but after he showed me the one clean strip of my carpet, I was thinking "Hummmm, maybe!" When he was done, I couldn't believe my eyes...It did look like knew. My sister and daughter both told me "WOW, your carpet looks new!" He was absolutely right, my carpet still looks wonderful. I will be recommending Zerores to everyone. I will also recommend Dennis because he was to patient, kind, knowledgeable and did a WONDERFUL job. He was a blessing for me as we are having a lot of company this weekend and I am sooooo proud of my carpet. I have used other cleaning companies in the past and they don't even begin to compare to these results. I will never call any other cleaning company, Zerores is the carpet cleaning company for me.
