Nathan was very professional and did a great job. Ironically, the Zerorez van left 2 oil stains on our driveway. Nathan did ask us for some cardboard which he laid down under his van prior to starting the carpet cleaning. However, I would recommend that your service people all carry their own stash of cardboard and ensure that lay plenty under the van prior to start the cleaning process. Do you guys remove oil stains off a driveway?

Environmentally clean - not as much chemicals as other cleaners. The carpet feels more lush. Also appreciate the customer service. We were not 100% satisfied with the initial visit, but Zerorez came back and applied a second smaller treatment for free - which really worked.

I have used your company at least 3 times and have always been pleased. The technicians are knowledgeable, let you know the costs up front, do the job quickly and professionally.
