I had contacted Zerorez after our initial cleaning just wasn't quite up to their normal high standards. Without hesitation, Zerorez offered to return to correct any issues. We are so pleased with the level of service that we have received, we are definitly customers for life! Carpets look awesome, and the staff is very professional, and courteous. I already have recommended Zerorez. Technician Vance was very accommodating and friendly. We liked the scent of the cleaning, the efficiency (less than an hour) for two rooms and stairs, and competitive pricing. Thank you.

The service was exceptional, he provided great service and was very friendly. The disappointing part is the cost of the service. I would still recommend you service but to only friends that could afford it. If it was $100.00 less I would tell all my friends.

Environmentally safe products and the service is excellent Scott did an amazing job of explaining the process and the products being used.
He was patient and understanding and our carpeting has never looked better. Kudos to Scott for a job well done. We will request him by name the next time we have our carpets done.
