i liked that there were no chemicals used to clean the carpet. It smelled very fresh and clean with no chemical smell. The tech were very informative, professional and polite. They advised me that i really need to replace part of the carpet because of pet accidents. We discussed the best option to deal with that part of the carpet until it can be replaced.

Rachid is very knowledgeable about his job. He explained different services and homemade spot removers. The carpet was a little damp , but ok to walk on right away. The enzyme spray didn't seem to do the trick, tho , as my kitten peed again in the same place.
