Josh was on time and polite and friendly. He was able to get stains out that the last cleaning company said would not come out. My carpet looks great and I don't have to worry about the babies being exposed to chemicals while playing on the floor!

The gentlemen that came to clean our carpets were so professional and kind! I was so pleased with the way the carpets turned out and the description of the products being used made me feel like they were safe for my family.
I have heard that Zerorez folks do a good job. I haven't been back to do a smell test but hope that all or most of the urine smell is gone.
Your techs do a really good job, I like the process, no residue left in the carpet. Kenny is really good and very accomadating.
If I may, what I don't like is the quote of $119.00 for three rooms and then adding the extra $11.00. If it is $130.00 that is what you should quote. I think it is a shoddy way to do business and probalby confusing to a lot of customers. So clean your act up and quote the full price.
