Ordering service online was easy and I received both email and phone confirmations. Josh and Jason were very professional and answered all of my questions. I liked that they explained the process and confirmed the services before they began. I appreciate that the cleaning process works without toxic chemicals and that there was no residue or crunchy feeling left on my carpet.

Technicians were friendly and did a great job. My carpets have never looked cleaner! I like that Zerorez is non-toxic and didn't leave a crunchy feeling to my carpet. The only downside is that your services are on the higher price point and difficult to get my whole house cleaned on a budget! But thank you for the good job in the areas you did clean.

Technicians are always very friendly and they do a wonderful job of getting stains out. There is no pressure to upgrade to services that you don't want. BUT best of all, the carpets are clean and no residual is left in them.
