If there are any issues after the service Zerorex does a follow up service at no charge. They seem to care that the customer is happy with their service. All the people that I worked with were very kind and helpful.

Winston was great,***** but the van leaked oil on our driveway. The carpet looks amazing. We had an appointment to have the carpet stretch in before the carpet was cleaned, but he failed to show up. We called and had to reschedule for Monday, February 2. Which caused some inconvenience with the furniture not back in place.
