My 20 year old carpet looks great. Have had my carpets cleaned 2 times a year but they have never looked this good.

The water-empowered cleaning system with no soaps was an immediate attraction to me several years ago, and since then we've had Zerorez back multiple times over the years for carpet and upholstery cleaning. On this most recent occasion, we were very impressed by our technician AJ, who was enthusiastic and friendly plus highly efficient in his work. AJ measured and priced out the job, then began working... all while chatting with us and providing feedback about the cleaning process. We felt very comfortable having AJ in our home and would request to have him return the next time we need our carpets cleaned. We love everything about Zerorez!

Cleaning was quick and thorough

I like that is non chemical based. I like that it did not leave the carpet feeling crunchy, and that it looks like new once again. Angel was great. Super nice and efficient. He showed up when he said he would and completed in about 2hrs total. He worked with the room size to help with the cost.

First of all, the technician was very friendly and professional during the service appointment. He made sure that I was aware of the process and he took the steps to make sure the equipment didn't stain the main floor carpeting since he was cleaning only the upstairs rooms. I like that the product does not have any chemicals and an odor other than clean smelling.
