Technician was knowledgeable and competent. Did the work quickly but thoroughly (small job, only 700 square feet but took less than an hour) and left things in good order.

i don't like the schedulers. They often have trouble setting up the time, the amount I'm quoted for the service was different than what the technician charged me. I didn't like that. The scheduler also didn't tell me about the $11 water fee. You should be upfront about ALL charges. I love the process for the cleaning, but not the phone workers and the behind the scenes quotes.

AJ, your technician, knew this product/method well and explained it to me so that I understood the process. He was very polite seemed to work efficiently and I didn't need to "supervise" or watch him. My rugs/carpet/furniture look great. I have already recommended your service to a friend.
