First of all, the technician was very friendly and professional during the service appointment. He made sure that I was aware of the process and he took the steps to make sure the equipment didn't stain the main floor carpeting since he was cleaning only the upstairs rooms. I like that the product does not have any chemicals and an odor other than clean smelling.

carpets were really cleaned, they had about 5 or 6 yrs of dirt in them. Josh and his assistant were courteous and clean and answered all of my questions. The carpeting looks like new.

I like that is non chemical based. I like that it did not leave the carpet feeling crunchy, and that it looks like new once again. Angel was great. Super nice and efficient. He showed up when he said he would and completed in about 2hrs total. He worked with the room size to help with the cost.
