We've had very pleasant hardworking men come to clean our carpets for the last several years. This time, we learned that using Resolve for a stain can leave a brownish residue that the water used can't remove complete. We like the use of the acidic & the alkaline water instead of shampoos that attract the dirt quickly. You may use the name of our company, Phyto Health, to promote Zerorez in Denver but not our name please.

Prompt, good communication, and efficient. I had them check on areas a dog had soiled after recently becoming incontinent. We talked about options and possibilities of treatment, and was even given an opportunity to cancel service if I felt it may not meet what I was expecting. I decided to go forward with treatment and so far so good. In addition to the odor disappearing, I didn't realize how dirty the carpet had become after only a year. It's like having brand new carpet again. Would definitely use the service again in the future.
