You do the job well. You adjust the bill if the over-the-phone estimate was too high. I also want to mention that Angel, who cleaned our carpet, did a great job. He is very pleasant and efficient, and he focuses on his task. I am very comfortable with his being in my home.

Always had polite and thorough service

In one way I like the fact there are no detergents used on the other hand I'm not sure it cleans as well as water with detergent. I also like the fact that the carpet was not saturated which always seemed to be the case with prior cleanings I've had done which resulted in a much quicker drying time.
