absolutely from a nominal service. Could not have asked for a better gentleman to have worked with. His name is Demarcus and he was very kind, considerate, and let me watch some things and he showed me stuff along the way. Absolutely pleased with his company. Would definitely recommend them and use them again

A very unprofessional, shoddy work. The pipes broke and flooded the home, and the hard wood floors. Spots were not removed properly, had to walk through and then ask him to do it again. While the water from the flooded water was not cleaned on the hardwood floor. Soap water was all over the area. He brought a small towel which would not do all the soaking ! I think you get the idea, it was a bad experience.
Very happy with Zerorez, tech was polite and professional
I paid for a HVAC duct cleaning, the tech did a great job cleaning the ducts, but not the blower motor. The blower blades were like 20% clean, and the galvanized coating was all scratched up, so now it will rust. If you can't clean the blower correctly don't offer that with your duct service. Local office refuses to replace scratched blowers.

False advertising on cleaning rates. I booked an appointment online and the cost was one amount and when the carpet technician got there, the price doubled. So ridiculous and over priced. I'll never book with ZeroRez again.

The man doing the cleaning was very cordial and the carpets looked really clean. The only thing is I had to tell him to move two light recliners off the rug and onto the tile or he would have just cleaned around them. I guess I have to tell your employee what furniture I need moved before they start. I am a Senior and cannot move or lift heavy furniture. I did remove all the small items off the rugs. Overall he did a good job and the rugs were not left soaking wet which was good.
Paul was at it the minute he walked in the door. He knew his business and how to get it done. He was polite, easy to talk to and had a great sense of humor. However, he was a top notch pro at cleaning the grout in our tile. It looks like its new and is sealed to last, worth the time and money to have done. Thanks
Technician worked hard to clean a really poor carpet and tile floor grout. But this technology really didn’t do much. It’s true the carpet is cleaner overall and not crunchy like other cleaners leave it, but most stains remained and the grout didn’t clean at all. Then grout looked better when it was still wet, but after it dried it looked just as bad as it was to begin with. A can of stain master carpet cleaner removed spots ZeroRez didn’t.
I cannot remember the name of the tech who cleaned our carpet, but he was a very nice man and did an outstanding job! We previously have only used two other well know carpet cleaning companies where we live in the DFW area, and I was never very impressed. However, Zerorez did an amazing job, and I will use them ONLY from here on out. Our carpet looks incredible, even the area where our senior dog had diarrhea. Thank you Zerorez! You are my go to carpet cleaner forever!!

My carpet, upholstery, and tile are about 20 years old, but now they look like we’ve had them for around 5 years! We have had them cleaned by different companies over the years but they never looked this good.
The Zerorez technician was efficient and explained the processes before cleaning. He verified the services and cost, as well. He took before and after photos and the difference was startling! We will never use any other company.
