THE CLEANING PRODUCTS WORK WELL ON OUR AGED CARPET, HOWEVER, I AM NOT EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH THE $90.00 PET TREATMENT, STAINS CAME UP, BUT THE URINE SMELL REMAINS, AND THE RADIO COMMERCIALS TALK ABOUT PET ODOR TAKEN CARE OF WITH YOUR SPECIAL TREATMENT. I PAID $180.00 FOR 2 ROOMS TO BE TREATED AND THE URINE SMELL HAS COME BACK AFTER 1 WEEK.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

My expectation was to get my carpets cleaned and what I got was an offer to charge me about 300 extra dollars that I was not expecting. So I called someone else and got the same service he offered for much less. I don't think you can fix it.

What do you like about our products and services?

Zerorez has been cleaning our carpets for our house and rental homes we have. They have always been able to get out the toughest stains and we also have them treat for pet stains. They are always on time and call to confirm appointments. There is never any hidden fees and you know what you are paying for upfront.

Jamal was able to get out a stain that I had another company try to remove 2 other times. He was professional and answered all of my questions. I loved how the carpet wasn't "soaked" when he was finished.

I have used Zerorez twice, and both times the technicians were friendly and professional. My carpet really looks clean and new. I feel like they technicians take care of my carpet, not wear it out!

First, Mike, your representative, was not only on time, he called ahead to say that he would be able to be here 30 minutes earlier if that would meet my schedule. He was extremely knowledgeable about your product, and very thorough while cleaning. Because of his professional appearance, attitude, and precise manner in which he worked, I decided to add an extra service of having our couch & chair cleaned while he was here. I was alittle reluctant to spend more to have the couch cleaned than what I originally planned for only the 3 rooms of carpet. He gave me a price to clean only the cushions versus the whole couch & chair. He said he would clean a small area to show me before I made a decision. He was a well-informed sales representative, as well as a service tech. It was very apparent that he took pride in what he did. I hope you recognize what an excellent employee you have in this time of often sub-standard performances.

Better prices for pet treatment for repeat customers. $400 every couple of months is a whole lot to pay for carpet cleaning.

The service tech was very helpful during the walk around and made very good suggestions. The cleaning process was quick and got up all of the stains including red wine and there really wasn't any residue on the carpets. The big determinig factor for me will be how long the carpets keep the clean look vs. the dry powder process I have previously used.

Every spot that weas "treated" come back the next day. Now, I understood that some would and the reasons why (i.e. candle wax and pet stains) but all of the spots came back. The technician that came out talked my husband into treating one room in particular with the pet deodorizer for $100 each cash (he said that the chemicals were his personally) and the carpets do not smell any better.

What could we do to improve?

Even though our carpet 20 years old, we have maintained it well. I have some traffic areas that aren't that bad. I expected you guys to do better job cleaning it that it turned out. I listen to Gene & Julie on 103.7 and they said Zerorez was able to clean a spot in their carpet that awful and no other cleaning company was successful. So, I had very high expectations. Your guy did as good as the other guys...not much of a difference.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

My technician suggested to me the "Non-guaranteed Pet Treatment". We discussed the price to be $270 for the service when in actuality the service was $90 per room, the technician assumed I wanted three rooms serviced therefore relayed the price to me as one lump sum. I realized this upon recieving an email of my Service/Product Summary, which I recieved AFTER I had paid for my services but had I known the actual break down of the fees, in my case, I would have omitted one room from being serviced.
