What do you like about our products and services?

I liked that my carpets were steam cleaned and left only damp without residue and the best part is they were dry within a couple of hours. Tyree was very efficient and I would use him again.

What do you like about our products and services?

I love the idea of being able to sit or lay down on my carpet without worrying about chemicals getting all over my skin. I also think the carpet looks new again even though it's 8 years old. The tech was very nice and well informed. It's also great that you don't have to hook up to my water source and that I don't have to move my car from the driveway for cleaning to be done. Overall the price is reasonable for the service, however, I think the pet treatment pricing is way too high. I really feel you should alter your guarantee, if needed, and include pet treatment areas as part of the normal service. I know very few people who don't own pets and very few pets that don't occassionally have accidents. Bottom line, I will call Zerorez again for carpet cleaning.

Everything went smoothly from reservation, through a couple of weather-related rescheduling calls, to cleaning. Your staff couldn't have been nicer. Terrell called 20 - 30 miniutes before coming, cleaned three rooms efficiently and explained your new air filtration system. The carpets look great!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Being a return customer, I am extremely dissatisfied with the look of my carpet this time. I have been vaccuuming up a white powdery substance every since Zerorez was at the house. Zeroez is leaving behind residue! Having used you in the past, I do not recall this being an issue. I called also to inform them about a huge oil spill from the truck. After being told to put down kitty litter and they would be our in a day or two - I still have a stain and kitty litter. Overall just very dissappointed with the service this time around and not sure I will be back.

The technician was very nice, timely and conscientious however I feel that the process is not long enough; This is the third time I've had you come out. I vacuum longer than the shampooing took; It took approximately 20-25 minutes to shampoo 3 rooms; that is actual shampooing time. I may be very wrong, but I don't think that is enough time to do a thorough job. While the carpet looked good at the time, in all fairness, it was wet and you really can't see if all the stains came up or not.

I did like the way it smelled so clean and the carpets felt good but there was an additional charge after it was done to add back in the stain protection on the carpet that wasn't discussed prior to the work.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The treatment took nearly three hours when the estimated time was 1.5 hours. Due to the length of the treatment we were not able to work that evening and lost business from our 3:30 and 5:00 pm clients.
The technician did not bring a ladder to do our HVAC system. Thankfully we had the vent covers off but they were not put back on.
There were 7 small paint chips on our corners from the hoses. We just had our new home painted four days prior to service.
Nearly half of the stains did not come out.

We would like to have our money refunded. We spent $535 on poor work and we lost $300 of business ourselves.

We heard so many great things about Zerorez and are extremely disappointed. Thankfully Scott sent another technician to replace the vents two days later. Unfortunately, I never heard back from him concerning our request for a full or partial refund. It will be two weeks tomorrow. I was concerned for Zerorez when Scott mentioned the company was worried about the trucks freezing last week due to weather so I did not call again and was patiently waiting a reply this week. It has been four days since the weather returned to normal and I still haven't heard anything from Scott or the owners.

We would love to be able to say that Zerorez fixed all of our complaints and concerns and hopefully refer our friends, family and our clients to Zerorez. Currently, I would not want to send anyone to your company for service.

What do you like about our products and services?

Very clean- no odor (except for the sealant on the tile grout, but that REALLY needed doing, so was willing to put up with some odor.
