GREAT SERVICE REPS.CARPET LOOKED GREAT, BUT HAD A FEW SCRAPES AND SMUDGES ON WALLS FROM EQUIPMENT

The technicians were very friendly and helpful. However, they did have to make a return trip because the carpet by my back door was not cleaned sufficiently the first time. We are happy now with the final job they did.

I truly like the representative who visited our home. He was very intelligent, professional and enthusiastic about his career. He didn't just handle it like a job, my husband and I could tell it was more than just a job for him: I believe his name badge displayed Tyree (sorry if I didn't spell it correctly). He explained that the product was water but filtered above the grade we would expect with special chemicals; he even introduced the filter which we will invest in especially since we can wash and replace those. We need two. He discussed how we can eliminate the dust which causes me to have frequent asthma attacks. Through his demonstration we have our appointment set for a future date. As a matter of fact I posted one of your companies card at on my company's notice board in the break-room. I work with the State so you should get a lot of business after my job is completed and I tell my co-workers.

I didn't need to have someone try to sell me an expensive clean job...I knew my carpet was old and in bad shape - I just simply wanted it cleaned as is. I am sure the tech was telling me the truth about my old carpet and the many pet stains....but I felt I had no choice but to not have him even do a simply cleaning on my carpet as is after he pointed out how soiled my carpet was needing the expensive clean job....took me by surprise that a service was not provided as requested.

We thought the pet treatment was a little pricey but other than that, we are extremely satisfied and will use your service again.

Very couteous and prompt. They got out oil and grease spots on our bedroom carpet without an extra charge.

1. The technician could use more experience - and/or help. He was very courteous, but appeared stressed and tired.
2. Your fiber protectant didn't work very well 6 months ago. If it doesn't work any better this time, we'll not be paying extra for it ever again!!

Service Technician was very professional an courteous. Carpets looked great after cleaning. They dried quickly and there was no cleaning smell.

When I called for the appointment, I asked the female who made the appointment, to disclose to me all charges that would be applied. I didn't want any surprises at the end. She ASSURED me that there wouldn't be any additional charges, except of course, for tax. When the tech gave me the bill, there was an additional $6 for fuel. I am not happy with this.

First of all ... Mike was courteous ....quick to complete the job ....worked hard ....and even got out a stain that I didn't even bring to his attention.

I especially like that the carpet is dryer than most other carpet cleaners.

Zerorez is a quality company from the first phone call to the finished task. The technician was courteous, on time, thorough, and explained all extra charges before asking if I wanted to add those extra services. The carpets he cleaned were 12 years old with some stains and they look very good now.

The product gets the job done with no mess and no harsh chemicals. The service was excellent; the service tech was very thorough and explained everything. I received next day service and the technician arrived on time and was done in less than 1 hour. I would definately recommend zerorez above any other cleaning service that I have used in the past.

It got the pet smell and stains out and brought out the original color of my 18-year old rose-colored carpet! I was ecstatic and will only use Zerorez from now on!!!
