I'm amazed how Zerorez is able to clean my carpets. The black that gets on carpet from dirty air which shows up underneath doors and on baseboards comes up easily with Zerorez. Other companies have not been able to get it out even with special attention to these areas. The service men are very professional & careful when working around furniture. I'm sold on Zerorez!

Knowledge and being on time!
It's the only carpet cleaner for me! The only product that doesn't look dirty again a week later!! AND... the carpets were dry in about an hour. Other places I'v tried stayed wet for a full day!

We are very pleased with the results of the cleaning and sealing of three tiled areas in our home. The results were amazing. Edgar, the Zero Rez, technician did an excellent job in the actual work and in communicating what he was doing. We found him professional, polite and knowlegeable.
I like that you do not use chemicals that draw dirt after shampooing. Everytime we have used zerorez the zerorez representative goes out of his way to make sure we are satisfied.

I love the fact that Zerorez uses no chemicals and is safe for my family and pets and their work is guaranteed! They got out some stains in my Master Bedroom that I was told by other carpet cleaning companies that it just wouldn't come out and Zerorez took the stains out the first time we ever used them! We love Zerorez and will continue to use them from this point on.

They got black ink out of my carpet and it took them very little time. The black ink had been tracked by my dogs all over the bedroom. The carpet looks like new.
