How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

My appt was between 2 & 5. When I called around 2 for a status, I was told 4. I tried calling after 5 but could not reach anyone that could tell me if I was still being serviced or not. I called back and left a message for a call back. There was no call to tell me why It was now 7 and there was no cleaning being done. I had to cancel my dinner plans in hopes someone would still call. The tech finally called me at 7:10pm. I was very upset, but Anthony convinced me to give him the opportunity to turn this around. Fortunately for Zerorez, he was able to do so. He did a great job. The company's system needs to change. The tech needs to be more involved with his appointments so he can keep the customer in the loop.

Professional applicator came to our house that really knew what he was talking about. I am a realtor and I recommend Zerorez on a regular basis to my clients and family. Zerorez can make dingy old carpet look brand new!

What do you like about our products and services?

The carpets looked good when finished. I just wish you could get along the baseboards a little better. The technician told me he couldn't do any better without pulling the carpet up for an extra charge. Dirt is dirt whether along the baseboard or in the middle of the room

I was very disappointed in the "lack" of cleaning power, after spending $165.000. There seems to be very little difference in how clean it looks and none of the stains came out. I will not be recommending this company to anyone.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Since I was paying $427 for 3 bedroom and closets, I asked if I it was possible to get dog smell (it wasn't urine smell) just dog smell out the carpets. I was told yes ... This is a 2 year old house with a dog that has lived there for 6 months. The smell is still in there ... I do, however, appreciate Zerorez going back for a 2nd time to fix the problem. The smell was never removed, even after a 2nd trip. So I had to put in new carpets throughout the whole house ... so I guess it was a waste of money.

What do you like about our products and services?

We like your product because of no harsh chemicals, and our carpets have never been cleaner because of Zerorez. And months after the cleaning, our carpets continue to look better than any other carpet cleaning co. we have ever used!!!

The service technician was professional and accomodating when cleaning our carpets. Also, I like the idea of not using chemicals to clean and less drying time. I will definitely used Zerorez and again and recommend them to anybody that asks.

The job was fine and the person did a great job. I had the card you sent that had a special of three rooms for $99.00 good through January 31. I was charged for a special of $129.00 instead. It makes a difference when other things are added in. That was disappointing.

The carpet tech cleaned the wrong room and when I called and requested he come back out to complete the work he promised to call me back the next day but never did. I tried calling to schedule another appt and the rep stated she couldn't help me but customer service could and she would connect me. I was hung up on and never heard back from anyone.

All of the service reps that have come to my home have been professional, polite and efficient at doing their job. I have been very satisfied with the cleaning results -- and the smell is very pleasant but doesn't last long enough !!!!

Service itself has been efficient and takes less tme than previous companies we've used. The carpet dries more quickly and stays clean longer. And I like knowing that there isn't residue left in the carpet for the sake of our pets and younger grandchild.

You use very hot water, to help kill germs in the carpet, and you do not use chemicals. And your carpet cleaners are very professional, and they take their time to do a good job. I always recommend Zerorez to my friends, and family. Keep up the good work. Thank you.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I am a long time customer. I used your company at my old home and my current home has never been cleaned by anyone else but your company and I have owned it for over 4 years now. However, the blue cord you use always leaves a blue mark on my walls. I can't get it off without painting over it. I am currently in the process of selling my house. I have been painting my walls for weeks. I believe the technician did everything he was supposed to do to protect my walls by putting up bumpers and tying the cords to my staircase, but I still saw the blue marks in at least 2 places. I like the fact that you do not use chemicals to clean the carpet, but I would not recommend you to anyone until you stopped using the blue cords.
Also, I have been getting the stain protection on my carpets each time you are here to clean them. I have you all come and clean different sections of my home every 6 months or so. The last couple of times you have been here there have been some stains that just won't come out. This is dissappointing to me since I thought I had paid extra so that the stains would come out upon the next cleaning.
