Our technician, Ben, was very knowledgeable about Zerorez. He was very curteous, took his time and did a great job. I was impressed by the look and feel of the carpet. I won't have anyone else clean our carpets!

Brad did a fantastic job. No chemicals to smell and carpet dried a lot faster. With small children, spills happen and I'm just glad Zerorez is a reasonably priced service to help us keep the carpet clean.

More time and cleaning effort could have been spent on the track areas. The track areas did not come completely clean. Also the carpet was left very wet. It took about 4 hours for the carpet to dry.

We did however, appreciate the non-chemical clean very much.

When you tell a customer that they are the very first appointment in the morning the technician needs to show up closer to the beginning of the window. There is absolutely no reason to be an hour behind first thing in the morning. Otherwise the service was great which is why we have continued to used this company despite repeated struggles with the technicians showing up on time.

The two gentlemen who cleaned my carpet were very professional and let me know what would come out of my carpet and would probably would not come out. My carpet looked and felt very nice. Thank you.

The technicians were very knowlegeable, neat, and professional. They did a fantastic job on a 9 year carpet, and made it look and smell virtually new again.

I like that there are no chemicals used in the carpet cleaning. There was a chemical wash used on our kitchen tile that had a strong odor and caused my eyes to itch...so strong that I left the house. It would have been nice to know chemicals would be used on the tile before the appt, so that I could have been prepared. I am pregnant, and the strong fumes concerned me, however, once the grout solution was removed from the floor there was virtually no odor. The carpets took about 6 hours total to dry.

Super nice folks. Very capable, very knowledgable!! Really, really nice plus everything but coffee came out!! Imagine three 6 year olds, no carpet cleaning in 6 years. Our carpet was initially called "sunlight", we jokingly refer to it as "dalmation", but, now...we're pretty much back to sunlight...Thanks guys! See you again in November!

Does not leave a sticky, gummy feel to the carpet. Smells great and the most important, my carpets always come really clean. Great job.

AS soon as your representative came thru the door he started in on the "up sell", something I find very offensive. Now we know that your radio adds are just the starting point for a bait and switch operation. The one and only reason for calling a carpet cleaning company is to get dirty carpets cleaned. Just do what you say you can do at the advertised price. Had I agreed to all the recomendations the price would have been around $500 bucks for no more than 30 yards of carpet. Not such a good deal.

You advertize one price and the job is finished you charge 3 times as much.I will not
recommend you to any body.But I will notify the Better Business Bureau

the only comment I have is that the cleaning head has left a stripe that shows the direction the cleaning head was run. I hope that after several vacuumings the problem will disappear.

You have a great product and have wonderful technicians who want to give you the best service possible. I love the fact that you will come out and retreat if the carpet needs additional attention.

I like the fact that you can see the dirt, as well as soap from other cleanings, coming out of the carpet.

I was happy with Brad the tech, he did an awesome job, once he showed up.
I was called and asked if Zero Rez could come earlier than the appointment, I said ok. Then they DID NOT show up for almost 3 hours.
That started out bad. I was told that a dispatcher should have called me back to let me know a truck had broken down. Which they did NOT. Would like for you to advertise that along with the $99 service you need to talk about the fuel charge.
I have 3 friends at work who would might use you guys, but not sure what type of service would be given to them?
But once again, once the tech show up, he was professional and did a great job. Thank you Brad..

It took several calls before we could get someone to schedule an appointment (we did get a call from the president, that was very nice). When the guy came out he came in and was packing up in 5 minutes of arrival. I pointed out several noticeable stains and he took 10 minutes to clean those. Overall I dont have a lot of confidence that my carpets are cleaned as well as they could be. There are a few lite stains still in my carpet. It's frustrating because I have only 500 square feet to clean but it would be nice if zerorez would have taken more care of us considering it took a half a dozen or so calls to have them come clean my little shop and then take good money for just 15 minutes of work.
