Clean and dependable technician, equipment and truck. Great work!
There was no "wet carpet" smell. And in spite of the rainy, humid weather, the carpet dried much quicker than ever before. Best of all, it's the cleanest the carpet has ever looked since I bought it...nearly 8 year ago. The service tech was very clean and professional and even arrived early.
I appreciate the commitment Zerorez has to using non-chemical cleaning products. I like the fact that the carpet isn't soaked and dried very quickly. I can't say enough good about the technician we had. Anthony was exceptional! He removed stains that other companies had attempted and failed to get up. He offered to clean several areas for free. He used the commercial fan to speed up the drying process and when he left we could walk on all the cleaned areas without getting wet socks. We will definitely request Anthony again!
The price over the phone was quoted to be $120-$140 after I described the room to be cleaned. The actual bill was over $300.
Would not push the $35/gallon enzyme flooding solution on people with cat marking problems the fact is that once it dries although a lot of urine is removed the smell still remains. It I knew this I would not have spent the extra $180 dollars.
soes not leaave rezadue
The truck was broken when the service person arrived. It took over two hours for the truck to be repaired, causing him to start the service over two hours after the latest time given. I had not planned for the whole day to be used up on this service and was disappointed that it took so long to get everything taken care of to start the service.
Our carpet looks very clean and the drying time was minimal. I'm planning to have you come out and clean my kitchen/dining room tile next.
non toxic, thorough, nice, dont try to sell you alot of things you dont need, no pressure,
I liked the timeliness, technician, result, and lack of chemicals.
I would have liked the high-traffic areas gone over twice.
Too expensive
Have tried to contact you but no response. When we had our carpet cleaned we were to get a gift certificate for $100. to fullers jewelry. Were told it would be mailed to us but we never received it.
We were absolutely impressed with the service we received. We have been in our house for almost 4 years and this is the 1st time we've had our carpet professionally cleaned. We are so impressed that we have vowed not to rent the carpet cleaner system from the local hardware store so we don't have chemicals in our carpet. We have told all of our friends about your company and will continue to do so. We will be calling sometime soon to have our stairwell & upstairs carpet cleaned.
Thanks Zerorez,

You arrive on time. Are careful about not damaging the woodwork or tracking in dirt. Do quality work. And the carpets dry quickly.
After the service techs arrived I was hit with add-on charges that were not disclosed. Dark, dirty areas in the cracks where the wall molding and carpet met were left on flat areas as well as on the staircase. I was informed that cleaning these would be an additional $2.00 per foot. I passed. I was already paying an up-charge for the stairs. Some spots were not cleanable and it was made very clear after the tech showed up that a number of types of stains are not guaranteed by Zerorez. Honestly, I felt like I could have rented a steam cleaner from the local rental house for far less money. After arriving and starting the job, the techs seemed quick to pass off responsibility for getting tough stains removed back to me. I ended up paying additionally for pet treatment. I paid additionally for carpet repair (replacing carpet stained pieces with remnants). The techs did not have proper tools and had to leave once and return that afternoon. Their tools were too dull to cut and trim the carpet. The subsequent carpet repair was marginal from a quality standpoint. One can clearly see the cut out and repaired areas. The issue is not new carpet set in old or color variation. It is carpet being cut and not placed in the void with precision. To be fair, the techs were friendly and courteous. I genuinely liked the main tech. I spoke with Scott Terry in the office and he was very professional. He graciously threw in two rooms to be cleaned for free after hearing about being held hostage for the additional charges. His effort of goodwill was before the carpet repair phase of the project. I have not spoken to him about the marginal work that took place after our conversation. Honestly, I don't want to hassle him. The techs were uniformed, well groomed, and wore booties to cover their shoes, which was a nice touch. In the final analysis, I paid over $500 for what I expected to be about $250 worth of work. It took three trips by the techs to finish. I was tied up for two entire days. The quality of the carpet cleaning was fair and the carpet repair marginal. I mentioned that I had some waves in the carpet after cleaning that were evident, but that was not addressed by the techs. In the final analysis, the experience was somewhat predictable. Clearly the techs for Zerorez are well schooled at up-selling. Having spent 36 years in management in corporate america, I clearly understand the concept. I was given a positive recommendation by a friend, but cannot do the same.
The method was just a water extraction process and did nothing to get simple body oil from pet out of carpet and left the carpet smelling wet musty evey days later. If this is your method there is nothing you can do to fix it.
Seth and his helper were very courteous and did a great job! We are extremely pleased with the method of cleaning and of the outcome. We will definitely recommend Zerorez to friends.
lack of detergents
Always trying to add on services when not requested. And, your prices have gotten higher. A small hallway should not cost 39.99; it used to cost $15.00.
Leaves carpet and floors very clean, and resistant to stains. Personnel always on-time, knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Always a great job done!
Tyree Coleman did a great job, explained everything very well, it smelled and looked wonderful when he was done. Very Professional
Technician very professional and considerate. Results excellent!
the spots are already coming up
There is nothing that comes to mind that could be improved upon. I was very satisfied.
First the gentleman arrived and he was really nice but we got upstairs whereas I realized that my son had not moved everything off of his floor. One of the items was the television. The carpet guy just sought of stood there so I grabbed (as he was late about 45 minutes actually). I ended up with a broken tallus bone and now on crutches and in a boot for 10-12 weeks. I am not blaming him but I do feel he should have insisted and acted a little more enthusiastic in helping. The carpet in my opinion looks no different. Maybe cleaner but not visually different. The other thing is the oil stain left in my driveway. It took 3 phone calls to get that handled. It was cleaned to our satisfaction and Manager did call to let us know because of weather they would be delayed.
Removed all of the stains in my carpet, and completed the job quickly and with very little disruption to my family.
You were unable to clean one of my carpets.
This is the seconed time we used your services,I specifically requested Anthony as he impressed us the first time he cleaned our carpets. If all your people are as good as Anthony you will keep many new customers.

Your technician, Seth Hopkins, Did an excellent job with our carpets. He took the time to walk with each room, he also check for pet spots using an ultraviolet light, and he recommended the pet preteatment.
