I'm very happy w/the floors but, my Ethan Allan sectional sofa was ruined by your cleaning process. I'm in the process of working w/Zerorez Dallas to have it reupholstered. If the upholstery fabric is no longer available, I have a bigger problem. What about the upholstered pieces covered in companion fabrics? It's possible all my upholstery will have to be redone. I will never recommend anyone use Zero rez to clean upholstery - all because your technician did'nt read the fabic label before he cleaned.

Technician was very courteous and professional. Job was completed quickly and carpet looks like new.

The scheduling of my appointment was done right away and the man who came to clean the carpet was very nice and tried to
remove the stain on my carpet. He was unable to remove it completely but that wasn't his fault. It's evidently just a difficult
stain. My dog brought in a small piece of charred wood that fell through the grate of the gas grill. He was unable to remove it
but he tried. I appreciate the effort.

I have used Zerorez services three times now and have been pleased each time that you have been here. This time you cleaned our tile/slate and it looks like new.

This is the second time I've used Zerorez and my carpets LOOK fantastic. I do love the Zerore concept;however, both times it has taken overnight for the carpets to dry and they smell "muddy" for about three days after they are cleaned. I just keep candles going to mask the odor. I wish there were a way to avoid the "muddy" smell.

The job was done with knowledge and courtesy.

Lack of chemicals

I am a realtor and gave your name to several of my clients since you cleaned my carpet last year. I was not as pleased this year, even though he came back and redid some spots. It is like my white carpet has a yellowish tinge and the spots are back again. I did not have this problem last time. sorry! Debi

The tech was late. He asked me on the phone what my concerns were and I told him red stains in my boys room. I did not get to see the results until after he left. He didn't get much of the red stains out and didn't tell me he couldn't get them out on the phone when he told me he was finished, so I thought it was taken care of.

Was promised rug cleaning deliver in two weeks - took almost four. Did not return phone calls as promised. Did not offer to adjust what we paid as promised. Someone was not being truthful. Wether it was the individual who came to clean our carpets and sold us on having our rugs removed and cleaned - promised a preferred slot if paid in advance and a two week turn around or Scott who said that this is impossible and we should never have been promised that. It makes me question all things that have sold me on zerores - Is it all hype??

Since the first time you provided your service at our home we were hooked. Your green approach is first rate. I have one of your spot clean kits and it works great. We have two large dogs in our house and have to spot clean once in a while between your sevices. The carpets dry very fast. I can not say enough about your professional representatives that you have working for you. They are as important as your products I feel and both combined you have a company without rivialry, bar none! Thank you Zerorez for the past and future business you will get from us.

Two men delivered my area rug which was sent with the technician who came to clean my home carpeting. They arrived on time (I had an appointment following the delivery of my rug) and that was very important to me.

The man who was in charge took the time to show and tell me things about the rug that I should know; i.e., that the end would lay down on its own and took the ticket off and gave it to me telling me if I needed to call about the rug to use the numbers on the ricket as reference.

The service technicians I have had (two different ones) have been personable,
professional and customer service oriented. Very happy with the quality of
service and the fact that no chemicals are used in cleaning!

The carpet still looks dirty in several areas...mostly high traffic area in the family room. Looks like it didn't get cleaned good in a few places. Some areas of the carpet look clean and then right beside the clean area, the carpet simply looks dirty.

Professionalism and quality products are synonymous with your company.

Service is prompt,friendly and thorough. Technician spends time explaining the service and additional products available.

We wre quoted one price over the phone and when the technician wanted to charge us a different price. He kept trying to add charges to the price. The carpets look great but please do not allow your technician to change the price after they arrive at the home. He needs to realize customer service is more important to a company. It is bad for your business to change the price when the technician arrives to do the work.

My carpet stays much cleaner for a longer period of time and since it is older and dull it looks so much better. At least I feel I can live with it a little longer.
