Thomas came to our house and did a wonderful follow up cleaning job on our carpets. They look great.
The products are green and my carpet is very clean--close to new. I use you company for carpet cleaning every time .

Brad was horrible on the phone. I never received a confirmation call, so the morning of the cleaning I called to confirm our 4pm appt. Later at 4:15pm when your employee had not shown up I called and spoke with Brad (who customer service claimed was a supervisor) and he said they had a window from 4:30-5:30. When I mentioned nobody said a word about a window when I scheduled the appt. or when I called that morning to confirm he argued with me. At 4:20pm Brad said he would check on an ETA and call me right back. At 4:50pm I had to call back and Brad told me " I got busy and forgot to call you back!" REALLY? Is that the kind of customer service your company offers. If it had not been for the wonderful technician Tim Moore that cleaned the carpets I would have been writing negative reviews on every social media page known to man.
They work. My carpets are like new.
I sent an email about this and will follow up with a phone call, but our babies room still smelled like urine after having it cleaned and pet treated. Its not a high traffic area for our dogs and the technician didn't see much in the way of spots in that room to begin with. I'm just dismayed that after paying extra to get that room sprayed that there was still a lingering smell.

Make sure its right the first time...its frustrating to have to make time for someone to come back out to re-do the areas that were missed. The technicians were nice, most especially the tech that came by to re-do it (He was great.
No soap left in carpet. The carpet pile is more plush as the nap has been raised. No lingering smell. Very nice young man that did his job in a reasonable amount of time.
Very professional. Wore footies to keep from tracking dirt into the house. Nicely explained every step of the process.

make sure the carpet in all rooms are clean. when the carpet is wet, it look clean. when it dry, it is not always cleaned.
I need someone to come back to clean one of my rooms. My den looked clean, but after it was dry, there were unclean big spots on the carpet. They are very noticeable. The room need cleaning over. Please call me to set up an appointment to clean my room. Phone number removed
