Your company does a great job.
There is not chemical odor after cleaning. It looks clean and fresh
Ron Self did a phenomenal job cleaning our carpets and advising us well on our options. He's very personable and did a fantastic job representing Zerorez. When we use you again, we'll definitely ask for Ron!
Non chemical smell and fast drying
Very professional-- I liked the way he explained the process, provided opportunity to have the tile cleaned as well ( we declined--we will be replacing the tile so didn't want to invest in having it cleaned. the carpets look much better...the only caution I would say, is that the carpets stretched a bit and it would probably be good to mention that ---I believe I can smooth them out, but other customers might think it is a problem, so you would want to address that in the future.
Extremely courteous, professional service person( I am so sorry I don't have his name on hand here---) I like that there aren't detergents used in the process. Excellent!
The carpet turned out so clean

The cleaning was well done in an appropriate amount of time.
HOWEVER: 1. We were not called ahead of time to let us know the technician was enroute.
2. The truck was unmarked and leaked fluids on our driveway.
3. The technician was unfamiliar with the truck and didn't know how to back it up proficiently without direction and drove over our lawn.

I've have asked twice for a receipt and have not yet received it by e-mail. The person on the phone verified my e-mail address (which you obviously have correct) so I don't know why I have not received the receipt. I have checked my spam folder.

My appointment was scheduled from 4:30 - 6:30. I received a call at 1:15 and said "I'm on my way". I had to leave my office at Park Lane/I75, make the 30 minute drive home and then went back to work at 3:00.
Also, I chose Zerorez because I had heard there would hardly be any drying time. My carpet was still very wet in the Master bedroom and bathroom at 10:00 pm.
Blake did a super job and his demonstration about your stain repellent convinced me to give it a try.

The quote I got over the phone was not the price I had to pay, if I had not had to have the carpets done Saturday I would have cancelled.
The gentleman that came was very friendly and worked very hard to get it completed.
The guys who came out last time was wonderful (Darwin). We requestesd him again, but he was unavailable. The person who came out this time - Jose Vasquez, was fabulous as well and did an amazing job on both the carpet and the time/grout!
There is no soap residue and the carpet smelled clean not just odors covered up. The carpet was very clean
I felt like there were a lot of "extra" charges that I should have been informed of when I scheduled the appointment. I was not told the stairs would be $4.00 per step, and I was not told there was an ADDITIONAL $15.00 for the larger room size. I had underestimated the size of my hallway, forgetting that it branched off (it's a new home & we hadn't yet moved in), but it would have been nice if the customer rep making the appointment with me would have prompted me to think through just how long/wide the hallway might actually be, so that I wouldn't have been so shocked to learn it was 35 linear feet! At $2.00 a linear foot, I wasn't quite prepared to hear $70.00 to clean the hallway carpet.
