We were very pleased at how clean our carpets felt and looked after being treated by Zerorez.

I was totally blown away at the results. I had one room that had never been clean and it was my husbands' office. It was just like brand new when Justin and Alex was through cleaning it. I appreciate how they went through the process with me and explained how it all works. Mostly I was happy that no chemicals were used in the process. The techs were very courteous and knowledgeable. I will be using Zerorez again in a couple of weeks for my living room and master bedroom. Then again later on to clean my sofa and love seat. I learned of Zerorez on WBAP radio and so glad I did. Thank you!!

Nicely clean carpets and the spots haven't shown back up

Our carpet is not clean. The tech did not perform the "challenge" prior to providing the service either, therefore not offering us the opportunity to decline the service and charges, and allow us the opportunity to find a service provider that could clean our carpets. Since the "empowered water" product has clearly failed to clean our carpet we would prefer to get a refund so that we may hire someone else with a solution that can. I truly feel as though I could have done a better job myself by renting a rug doctor. Finally, there was no mention during our appointment scheduling phone call or prior to the service that there would be a (hidden) fuel charge of $10. This makes your organization appear shady and dishonest. Your employees, both on the phone and in person, come across as completely disinterested in their jobs, providing good service, or anything regarding the needs of the customer. To sum this comment up, none of my expectations or needs were met by the Zerorez organization.

There is no residue (really) and the service was prompt and on time. The extra effort by Ricky was appreciated.

Flexibility and honesty of the technicians.

I have used other cleaners before BUT my carpet has never been this clean!! I was so excited I felt like I had new carpet! The serviceman was helpful, personable, and professional. Also, he was highly competant at performing the job. Thank you so much. I know that I will call y'all next time I need the carpet cleaned.

It worked, was quick, green, and cost effective.

Keith took his time to do the job right when stretching the carpet. It was much more complicated than I thought. He was very patient with all of my questions and requests. He wasn't happy unless I was. We were very pleased with the results and glad to have someone experienced. We would definitely have him and Zerorez back!

I like it that my carpets look nice and all the nap looks the same again.

The technician was friendly and honest and worked hard on my pet stains. He even cleaned my 2 leather chairs for me while the carpet was drying!! I will use you leather cleaning service in the future for sure!!GIVE THIS GUY A RAISE!! I will use zerorez again because of him.

When my carpets were cleaned I figured anything would be better then what it was. I have two dogs & a cat and I've had other carpet companies say that they could get urine smell out & remove spots. Once the carpet dries you still see the spots & it's still smelly. In all honesty I didn't expect much different from zerorez. Well, it took only 4 hrs. for the whole upstairs to be dry and not only did it look amazing, It smelled fresh & clean. I can feel good in letting my 5 month old grandoughter play on the floor. The technician was so friendly, extremely thorough and very informed. I would most definitely use them again as well as recommend them to my friends???

That it is non toxic and animal friendly. The tech (Chris) was wonderful and explained the entire process. He also took the time to protect the corners in my home that would be coming in contact with the hose for the equipment.
