The technicians, service and results were top notch. Our carpet looks and smells great. Paul (lead technician) was very courteous, knowledgeable and explained in detail each step of the procedure.
The only complaint I have is with the scheduling window at the corporate level. I explicitly stated I had to be out of the house by 1:00 PM. When I could not be scheduled as the first job of the day, they reassured me the team would arrive at 11:00 AM since the first job of the day was fairly small. The team did not arrive until 1:30 PM due to the first job running over and forced us to alter our entire family's schedule for the day.
Paul was very apologetic in his 30 minute call ahead and when he arrived. I see this more of an issue with the scheduling group.
Pricing was outragions. VERY HIGH.
I was also promised coupons for a local restaurant. I have not seen anything.
Your products worked very well on my carpets and got rid of some
old stains that needed serious attention. I especially appreciated
the courtesy and professionalism of the service extended. On a scale
of one to ten, he rates a ten.

You guys did an excellent job! The cleaners were friendly and very efficient. They went out of there way to do a great job. The carpets look brand new and smell very fresh. We will definitely use you again in the future and will recommend you to people we know. And the price was excellent as well!

For several years I have heard your commercials on Jody Dean's KLUV radio program and vowed that if I ever moved into a home with carpet, I would want Zerorez to clean them for me. Well, we finally moved into our new home this summer, and our four bedrooms are carpeted. They were nice and clean at first, but the furniture movers tracked throughout the house. Then we kept my daughter's two bird dogs while she was on vacation, and for a treat I gave them each a meaty beef bone. Of course, I should have given them their treats outside, but I did not and they quickly raced to my bedroom to devour them! I tried to dab up the bloody mess, but I knew who to contact to really clean our carpets. I remember all too well years ago when I owned a home with carpet and had them "professionally" cleaned, they looked worse than ever within a few days. And they actually felt sticky. Ricky was our Zerorez technician, and he did a fabulous job of cleaning our carpets and was so personable that it was a treat to have him in our home. I really appreciate that you do not use harmful chemicals in your cleaning process. Thank you, Ricky and Zerorez!
Your technician knew what he was doing and did a very good job. Also, he was very courteous.
My carpet was hopeless or at least I thought so until Zerorez breathed new life into it. I can now have people over at my house again without being embarrassed by the spots and stains.

Deep cleaning, though additional pre-treatments (and additional $$) are needed. Technician was very courteous.
Although the technician was professional, friendly and on-time, I am disappointed in the results in high-traffic areas. Areas in front of doors and walkways are markedly less clean than general living areas. A second cleaning may be more effective.

My carpet looks great!! I have two dogs and the carpet was dirty. The promise of zero residue is what sold me on trying your company. The carpet was soft to walk on and did not feel stiff from residue. I thought both of the workers were very professional and did an outstanding job.
