Charge more than you advertise.
The 2 gentleman that cleaned my carpet seem to really care about my the finished product, also the way they protected my furniture.
Very informative on what he was doing. Asked my opinion on stains after he cleaned a spot... was very knowledgeable and Informative on answering and explaining what and why results wouldn't be completley gone. He said he would do best he could and he did. I appreciated the honesty.
Quick, efficient, very kind staff and carpet cleaners and the results were amazing!
The work was excellent, and the team was very polite and friendly. I should have requested and made sure I understood the cost of duct cleaning. At the end the total over $1200 was significantly more than I was expecting.
Again, I am satisfied with the work. But not so much with the cost.
I like the way you uphold your promise to clean a client's carpet as well as the way you sent another technician to clean my carpet.

The two gentlemen that came over, were very nice. My stains were explained and told what it would cost to remove them. I was given options to get a clean carpet or a REALLY clean carpet.
Daniel was very knowledgeable and he took the time to explain every step of the process. The flash process seems to have worked well on our pet odor problem.

Got stains out of the carpet that I was told by another company that they would not ever come out. Very helpful and knowledgeable technicians.
You cleaned the life and body out of my Persian rug so that it looks like a shabby rag, lying wrinkled and way out of square on the floor.
Yesterday, OCTOBER 11 it was picked up for the FOURTH time so your expert Ellen America can render her esteemed opinion. I await her verdict, which will probably take another week to receive. This is for a rug that was first picked up for cleaning on JULY 16.
For starters you can refund my $900.
Did excellent job of stain removal.
Our scheduled time was 1:30 - 3:30. I took off work to be home for the cleaning. The technician didn't arrive until 6:30, so I was tied up from 1:00 until almost 9:00. This was very unprofessional and frustrating.
On the positive side, the technician was very thorough and careful and we are happy with the results.
Very impressed wth the serviceperson He was a ittle early but that wa fine. He explained the process and I was please with what i learned.
I will use again.I will recommend your service.

Keith did a fantastic and thorough job. He spent time finding all of our trouble pet spots and then treated them all. He took time to truly thoroughly clean the carpet and focus on our areas that needed extra attention. We truly appreciated the time he took to do the job right and well. We would highly recommend him.

The product speaks for itself. Cesar and Justin were able to eliminate stained areas in our carpet that had been there since we had bought the house. We had them cleaned about 10 months prior from a different company, and they insisted that the stains were there to stay. Evidently, that is not the case with you guys.
I was also in impressed by the speed and quality of the process. Cesar and Justin not only did an amazing job cleaning our house, but they did an even better job of cleaning our nice upholstered chairs and couch. Unfortunately, our cats had decided to urinate outside the litter box, and instead they targeted our nice formal furniture. Cesar and Justin went to work and cleaned them up for us. The most impressive part is that our antique couch is upholstered in silk. Thank you again for taking the time and effort to making our house look amazing.
Timely service, no residue
I think that you are not upfront with your advertising. It was advertised as 3 rooms for $79 but when the tech got here I had to ask and then it went to 3 rooms for $89 and then a fuel charge and taxes were added. I ended up paying $106 for a service that I thought would be $79.
The service itself was very good and the tech was friendly and professional.
