No chemical smell left after cleaning the carpets.

Chris worked very hard on my Mother's carpets. He did such a good job, we'd like to recommend that he receive a bonus! The house looks great and the house smells fresh which is exactly what we were hoping for. Thank you so much and we will definitely call you again!
I was impressed/horrified when the rep pulled out his black light flashlight and showed me how many pet stains there were on the carpet. There really was no choice but to get the pet treatment for each room. He did not pressure me to get it but explained that the smell would be awful as the water would reactivate the wet urine smell of the stains.
I love that the products are effective and eco-friendly!
Jaime did an amazing job on our carpets. I did not believe he could get out the traffic patterns we had worn into the carpet - I am SO pleased!

I love that there was no smell after the product dried and that the stains didn't come back. Also, the tech was awesome and the company more than made up for being two hours late by offering free additions to the service.

I feel like it was a little overpriced quoted less on the phone ending up paying almost $200. It did look good just could have got it done cheaper. Also did stretch the carpet a little bit didnt like that partOnly had 2 rooms and one walk way in a room it was the rug that is ridiculous price it's just a rug! The associate was very nice and helpful.

The carpet is clean and looks much better.
The technician (Chris) was very thorough. He removed all the visible spots. When he left the carpet looked almost new. Amazing since the the three sections he did were 6, 10 and 26 years old. We appreciate his efforts.

I Love the way my carpet came out!! It was soooooooo clean!!! There was no strong smell and I loved the way it was cleaned and the way the technician explained things and the fact that there was no harsh chemicals used.

Your representative AJ was very helpful, courteous, and did a very good job. However, when he left, he said that Zerorez would send us an e-copy of our invoice. To date, we've not received that copy. Will you please send us our copy of the invoice. RECorbin
the service people were excellent and took great care of my house , putting up protective items which had not been done by the previous people. They also discussed with me the other services you offer, he even gave me an estimate so I will definitely call later
