The carpet is clean and it does not smell.
The Technician seem to be very knowledgeable and worked very hard and truthfully the carpets had some really tuff spots to clean. I just don't think that Zerorez process is the best process to use in all cases. I think he did all he could, but there were a couple of spots that just wouldn't come clean. I used an over the counter product that removed the stains that your process would not. Other wise the carpets looked good.
Spots/stains in carpet were not removed and grout in tile is now very clean in some areas but still dirty in others. So now the dirty parts are even more noticeable.

The bedroom carpet did not get as clean as I expected and I had to pay more than I expected.The Technician really worked hard. Do you sell new carpet?

I LOVED the way my carpet looked and felt after being steam cleaned! It took the pet stains right out and really left a clean, fresh feel! I plan to start using Zerorez every year for my carpet. I also enjoyed my technician Regan. He was very nice and professional!

Service men were super nice. Nothing was a problem. They moved my furniture. Even brought in my Sparkletts water bottles. Carpets came super clean and only took a 50 mins to clean 3 rooms.

The service tech was wonderful!!! He took the time to go over my carpet and explain what he was going to need to do... He answered all my questions. After completion of the cleaning he explained what he found while cleaning w/ the enzymes process. I love the way the carpet felt agter the cleaning.... NO RESIDUE ... just clean gresj carpet feel!! Fabian is a true customers maniac!! The carpets looked FANTASTIC when he left.

I like the safety of the product; I don't want chemicals soaking into my skin when I walk barefoot on my carpet, or getting on my pets. Both technicians I've met have been friendly and courteous.

I would like to say the technician did a good job at cleaning the carpet.
I am not thrilled about the price.
I requested the Stairs to be cleaned in the original estimate of $217.
The hall was also discussed in the $217. We discussed this in writing and over the phone when they scheduled the appointment.
When the technician was here we discussed the stairs and the hall but did not discuss that it would be an additional $120.
He cleaned well but I am not happy.
If i did recommend it i would strongly urge them to get the pricing up front before he starts
