last Friday you dispatched a technician by the name of Tanner Coughlin. Tanner told me that he was relatively new with the organization, but he hit the ground running. He was kind, professional, and seemed to be highly educated about the different services you have to offer. I have had you out to do your magic on my carpets on a number of occasions and Tanner has been the shining star. I will be using your services again and would like to request Tanner in advance. Provide the service that is advertised for the price. I almost felt that my carpets were not going to be CLEAN unless I agreed to purchasing the solution to kill the bacteria which doubled the cost for me. Also, I feel like the employee knew the business but I could tell he wasn't feeling up to par and I wonder about the service he performed. I question how clean my carpets really are.

THEY ALWAYS CLEAN THE CARPETS SO WELL AND THE YOUNG MEN THAT DO THE WORK ARE VERY CORDIAL AND ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP.
Pros....staff courteous and professional in uniforms, explained process, carpet is clean
Cons....some areas did not come out as expected, maybe due to age and wear, but maybe expectations were set too high, also two spots look as if not cleaned properly, as if there is residue. I will most likely request that someone come back to address these areas.
I think it is really too early to give you feedback. I want to see if the carpet stays clean more than a couple of weeks. Also want to see how the issue of the two poorly cleaned areas is resovled. After that I might rate you higher.

I was amazed how the carpet looked - it is over 15 years old and was stained - we are replacing it in January but for now - it looks great. Was very impressed with the technician - he was courteous and gave me information on carpeting, air duct and air filters.
They got the job done. I had another cleaning service earlier but within two weeks, wicking began and it looked ten times as bad as before. It's been a few weeks now since Zerorez was here and my carpet still looks great!
keep scheduled time as requested by customer! I scheduled for Friday, Oct 18th 8am-11am, but when they called to confirm, said my time was 4-6:30! This was a very inconvenient time for me,that's why I requested morning.
Service crew was great and really very professional. No chemical scent was observed after the whole cleaning was completed.

our carpets and you guys pulled it out! I was shocked that after a year we still had soap in our carpet. Wow!

To me, you all engage in false advertising. You advertise that you will pre-treat, clean and sanitize 4 rooms for 99.00. Then, you get out there and that's not the case. Since I have pets you tack on an additional 250.00. So, 380.00 later.....that's BS.
