Friendly techs who arrived on time; carefully explained what specialty pet products would or would not do; did a very thorough job with which I am extremely pleased. Had am extremely pet-soiled area in my living room which they successfully treated and cleaned. For the first time in years I am no longer concerned about the possibility of pet odor. Thank you.
Number one, Your tech represented Zerorez 100% , he went over everything very careful with us, on what he was doing. He took our old carpet and made it look better than it has in years. He did an extra special job and actually made our carpet look good again. We will use your company again for sure.
My wife and I were very impressed with the up most professionalism that one would allow. Very nice, clean and extremely knowledgeable about their business. We will never go anywhere else when it comes to carpet cleaning again. It is our promise it will be Zerorez from here on out.

I liked Randy and the fFact he used a special machine that removed the animal hair. Previously whe I used your company the man diid not use that machine. Randy was thorough and really seemed to care about doing a good job.

The service man did a real good job especially in the pet problem areas. He was very conscientious of those areas for us.
I don't like the call 2 days in advance to finalize the appointment time. Required me to reschedule once. Seems the appointment could be finalized at the initial call.
A call to confirm a previously made appointment time would have made more sense to me.
How well they work, and hopefully the stains do not return. So far so good!

The service was very good and professional.
First 2 men didn't clean the carpets. The "Quality control" Rep. came a few days later and re-cleaned the carpet. He did a wonderful job.

You charged for 2 oversized rooms, however one of these was a bedroom that contained a queen sized bed - a desk - a chest of drawers - a dresser. These items covered over half of the carpet area. My estimate would be approx. less than 150sq. ft.
The person who came to us was great! After he did our carpets there were almost no dust motes in the air, great for us because we both have allergies to everything airborne.
The way the service dies not use detergents to clean. Our carpet in one room is older and the technician did explain that some of the pet stains might not come completely out but the carpet looks ten times better and smells SO much cleaner than any service we have used before. I will be getting you back next year to do the upstairs!
