Fantastic job. Out come was far better than I even hoped for!!
I requested them come out to the company to clean carpets and they were here the very next day.
The technicians were very cordial and professional as they went about their work. Joseph was the lead technician on our job. Prices appear to be competitive. I like the idea that no residue is left in the carpets after cleaning.

Perhaps be a bit more clear on cost. I thought I was paying one amount, and was surprised I was paying for a topical PLUS the cleaning.
My only recommendation might be to ask about moving small items of furniture.....I had a couple of small chairs that I thought would be moved for cleaning, but instead the carpet was cleaned around them as well as a plastic carpet protector under a roll around office chair..... I know next time to ask about having a couple of small items moved......(technician was professional, courteous, and did a good job)
I feel like I got more than what was even advertised. Michael was professional and took the time to explain the reasons for pet treatment and fiber protection.
The only thing I could suggest is quicker drying, but that isn't usually a real problem.
My carpet looks great. It was very easy and quick to arrange a 2nd visit to treat a trouble spot.

carpet cleaning was OK / chairs had to be cleaned a second time / they looked worse after first cleaning than they did before - second guy who came out and cleaned them did a good job

I signed up for the deal of 3 rooms for $99 plus one room free. Once the technician arrived, he called me and told me that the $99 was for just a basic clean and that for $150 more, he could use a different machine and enzymes to make my carpet look 90% new again. I was hesitant because the carpet is on the older side but he insisted he could make it look almost new again so I figured that I would trust him since he was a carpet expert and must know what he was talking about. I was sorely disappointed when I saw the results of what he considered looking "90% new". The stains are all still there looking just like they did before the carpets were cleaned. I realize that pet stains sometimes require additional treatment but I’ve been able to get them out better using just pet spray and water. More importantly, the ground in dirt stains are still in the rooms. I would be ok with the service if I had only paid the $99 I originally signed up for since I knew the carpets were older. What I’m beyond upset about is that the technician was clearly more of a salesperson instead of a carpet specialist. I trusted him and by doing so, was cheated out of an extra $150 of my money. In addition, we were told the carpets would be dry in 8 hours. 24 hours later the carpets were still extremely wet and almost 48 hours later the carpets are still damp. We have had fans on in the rooms this entire time and now not only am I mad about the carpets not looking clean, but I’m also worried about mold growth – very important since the reason we had the carpets cleaned is because we will be welcoming a new baby into our home in four weeks or less. I called customer service today with my complaint and the first thing the salesperson suggested was that I have your company out again to treat the pet stains with another treatment and that the extra money I already spent would be applied to cover a portion of this additional cost. I told her the pet stains were the least of my worries at this time and that there was no way I was going to spend more money with your company after the results I saw. A supervisor is supposed to call me back and I expect a full refund of the additional $150 I had to spend. I don’t mind paying the original $99 but I feel completely ripped off on the additional work. I have used several other companies before to clean carpets and have never been so disappointed with the results. If I do not receive a call back from the supervisor as promised and a credit for the extra $150 I will spend time writing reviews on every site I can find and will certainly recommend that my friends call Dalworth Carpet Cleaning instead.
