Carpet feels clean with no sticky chemicals left over. Drys quickly also!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Well the last time you came out, the carpet was dirtier and a better job of cleaning maybe because there was two people. Looks like the tech used different chemicals. I would like to talk to someone about this.

I had 3 rooms cleaned I was not satisfied this time there did a better job the last time. I also tried the kitchen floor Tiles and Grout there just sprayed and cleaned the floor a better mopping I thought there would spend more time on the grout I was disappointed the machine broke and leaked maybe that was the problem I don't know. Customer service was incredible! The guys were professional and provided excellent service. I am frustrate that even after the pet spray, the surface of my pet spots still smell of urine. This was on new carpet and the stains were recent and not bad. I have a new pad under the new carpet with a pet resistant film that keeps the stain from getting into the pad, so I expected the smell to be able to leave the carpet. I guess the technique used is not strong enough to take away the odor?

There are still a few stains left on the carpet. We opted for the upgrade and are disappointed in the results.

The cleaning technician was early. He explained what he planned to do. He quoted a price
and got to work. He did the best job of cleaning the carpet that anyone has ever done. I am

What could we do to improve?

The technician, Randy, did a great job. My displeasure came with the people who took my call and made the reservation. They acted hurried and brisk in answering my questions even when I told them I had never used Zerorez before. I called back before my appointment and added some carpet stretching and again, the person handling the call didn't seem interested with my questions. On the day of my service, the technician was late and I spoke with a person named Beth to find out what the problem was; she did a very good job of finding out and giving me the reasons. Otherwise, I would have been a VERY unhappy camper.

What could we do to improve?

The actual service was great. I am very pleased. The scheduling, however, was rather nightmarish.

I initially scheduled an appointment for a specific date and time by e-mail two weeks ago. 9 AM 8/14 became 1:30-4 PM 8/13 when I got the robocall, so I attempted to reschedule for the time I had chosen. I was told that was not available, but I could have 10:30-1 PM on 8/13. So I rearranged my schedule for that time. Then on 8/13, instead of getting the call that the tech was 30 minutes away, I got another robocall saying my appointment was 1:30-4 PM on 8/14! I was finally able to reschedule my appointment for (you guessed it) the original time I had asked for two weeks ago! A maddening exercise I never understood.

I do want to point out that the ladies I talked to were all very professional in trying to find me a workable time, and I would certainly be willing to use you again--probably avoiding the e-mail route in favor of a live phone call for scheduling.

The process was not explained fully to me when I scheduled the appointment. if I had known someone expected me to leave my rugs drying on the driveway for 6-8 hours I would have called another company. The experience was a waste of my time.
