We requested tile cleaning services a second time due to missed cleaning areas the first time. The service person who came to our home did not really want to help us and had an attitude about doing the job a second time. I would like to speak with management about having someone who can clean our floors correctly without drama

The second Technician that was sent to 'fix' the smell issues we are still experiencing said that there was nothing that could be done. The problem is our carpet/pads and no amount of cleaning will help. We wish this would have been brought to our attention with the first Technician. We would have only had the air duct service performed, and used the money we spent (wasted) on the carpet cleaning, as a payment or partial payment on NEW carpet and padding! My husband was told by the first technician at the time of the cleaning, that it was a 'pet smell' and he would apply the Pet Treatment. The invoice does not reflect this service, and the second technician said it would not have helped.
ALSO, the Permanent Air Filter that we ordered and paid for, $140, has not arrived. According to the invoice listing all of the money we paid out, we were to "Please allow 2 weeks for delivery." Invoice is dated 07/16/2014.
We are highly dissatisfied with the amount of money that we spent. We did not receive the quality of service that I had come to expect, per all of the radio and tv spots and endorsements I have seen and heard.
A Refund of the money spent on the carpet cleaning is the minimum we would expect at this time. If the carpet service was this poor, we have to wonder if the duct service was even performed correctly!? I know that the technician left our counters and floors with debris where it blew out of the vents in various rooms.

While you sent someone back to work on the tile, the grout is still streaked. It is vibrant in most places, but a couple are still dull.

To start with, your tech forgot to clean a room. This put us in a bind as we were moving into a pre owned home and were hoping to have the carpets cleaned before the furniture arrived. Not only did he forget a room he told me that some spots were cleaned that several days later I noticed were not cleaned at all. I have NO confidence whatsoever that my carpets were cleaned at all especially since I was able to remove the stains that were missed with a common household carpet cleaner. I feel like I have been ripped off , I don't feel like this was done properly, I have no evidence to suggest that carpets had anything done to them except having filtered water sprayed on them. The next day over 8 hours later twitch a/c running and ceiling fans on all night, the carpet was still wet.

Service was great. Will see how well your porduct works on Pet Odors. Currently it seems to have eliminated almost all pet odor.

Ask the tech who worked on the carpet
This is the first time we've had our carpets cleaned and I listen to KLUV who advertises Zerorez all the time.
Our neighbors across the street had their carpets cleaned this past Saturday and seeing the van reminded me we needed ours done.
I filled out a form on the website and got a call right away and as I was off work on Monday they were able to accommodate a cleaning just two days later!

While I appreciate the prompt service, our technician arrived a few hours early and I had to cancel an appt to come home. In addition, when I booked the reservation I was told I would receive a gift card for dinner and 150 square feet of tile cleaned for free. The technician did not know what I was talking about regarding the free tile cleaning. Therefore, I did not receive that portion of the deal. Also, I am not sure when I receive the gift card. Does it come in the mail?
