I had 4 bedrooms and a closet cleaned and a guy named Chris was the person going it. He was only in my house got maybe 40-45 minutes. He rushed through the job, it’s like he was in a rush to get out!

Zerorez was punctual and up front in setting expectations with their services. They were able to clean my sofa perfectly (after first stating that they may not be able to since it required dry cleaning for some spots) and the bedroom carpet and stairs were much improved. Both of these areas had around 5 years of heavy traffic in between cleanings, so they didn’t come out perfectly clean but they do look and feel SO much better. Overall I’m very happy with the service.
