We used Zerorez in the past to clean the mobile home we used to live in and were extremely pleased with the service and results. All personnel were outstanding then. This time we have hardwood floors but have a large rug that had been in storage for over a year and then in carport for several months.
It had some deep stains in it and when they picked it up, Jason made sure I knew that they could not give any guarantee that they would come out. He let us know we could spend the money and it could come back unacceptable. They cleaned it twice and when they returned it,
There were a few light stains but it was a great job.

Did a good job of cleaning. Only complaint is that they broke the stem of a potted plant on my porch as they pulled the hose through. I forgot to move it, and wish they had paid attention and asked me to move it.
