My carpet was stained in several areas and in need of cleaning. I contacted Zerorez for the first time based on what I had heard about their service. My technician, Carlton B., was prompt and professional. He explained everything that he would be doing. He had me check the areas he had cleaned to make sure I was completely satisfied. Even while damp, the carpet looked almost new!! I am very pleased with the job Carlton did. I highly recommend Zerorez!

The before and after pictures make it worth having the ducts clean. I didn’t realize how dirty they were. The Gentlemen were very professional and respectful of my house, even cleaning up in the inside dust coming out of the vents. Very pleased!

The guys who came were very good and courteous, they told us every step they were doing, showing us pictures of before they cleaned and after they cleaned the ducts. I have a friend that I told her how pleased I was and she made an appointment with them to get there ducts done.
