Technician was informative, polite and helpful. The service was better than any other carpet cleaning company I have used hands down!! Stains I did not expect to come up did, it made a high traffic area look much better and there was a delightful scent after cleaning whereas there used to be a smell that was like a wet dog after a carpet cleaning. He even left me with some water spray cleaner to help me stay on top of spots as an overwhelmed single Mom of 2 kids under 11 with 3 pets too! I could not have been more pleased with the service and the way I was treated with superb customer service!

The easy on-line scheduling, courtesy and professionalism of the rug cleaner. He was prepared, organized and answered all questions. The procedure did not take long and the floor was dry by the time he said it would be. It looks good and I will recommend to others.

The technician was prompt, explained everything he was going to do. He surveyed the rooms he was going to clean. After he cleaned each room he invited me to inspect them. He paid attention to the heavenly soiled area and cleaned them again. I liked that. I liked his professionalism.

The service provider was very thorough and kind. His name was Daniel. The personb who was supposed to come did not. This man apologized for the late arrival. He did a very nice job.

The technician was very cordial and hardworking. He wore shoe covers. He extracted as much water as possible from the carpet which made it dry in 4 hours. After the carpet dried, I noticed some spots still left on carpet. I called Zerorez and the same technician came back to clean the spots. He had the same positive attitude and willingness to finish the job. I recommend Zerorez for great service.
