Generally, it’s an awesome completed job. The products used have a wonderful odor. The carpet dries in 4 to 6 hours—-that’s not a great deal of inconvenience!

The cleaning product and Carlton, cleaning technician were both great and he came back to finish the back of my master closet. My biggest issue is not knowing before the services that the price would significantly increase due to cat urine stains.

We just purchased the house and wanted it cleaned before moving in. Our daughter met the technicians for us as we still live clear across the country. She complimented on how the technicians were very courteous, polite and very informative, we feel they did great cleaning and removing stains that they could on 15 year old carpet.

We have never used your company before, always knew I would if we moved to a house with carpet, living in AZ hearing the commercials and your description of how you use impowered water, that doesn't leave the carpet stiff and crunchy.
