Professional from beginning to end… customer service to set the appointment, technician (Joseph is excellent) providing solutions to troubled areas/suggestions for future protection of carpet, and quality of work. Love that the carpet dries faster than other companies’ product. And, the process works… stains gone. Have been a Zerorez customer for almost a decade. Recommend you use their cleaning on a regular basis to keep your carpets looking great! Very satisfied customer!!

Techs are professional, do a good job, use wall corner protectors. Have always had a good experience except maybe a time or two the carpet seemed wetter and took longer to dry

Service Technician Edley was very professional, detailed and thorough. Edley explained the entire process from beginning to end and answered my questions. My furniture looked as though I had just purchased it. I will use Zerorez again. The quality of work, time and attention to detail was Amazing.

The friendly and helpful people

The technician Ryan, and his assistant were polite, friendly, helpful, and very thorough. Ryan explained the whole process in a way that I felt his main focus was to educate me, so that I can make the right decision. I did not get the sense that he was pushing me to spend more, but I ended up spending a lot more than I had planned, because I felt comfortable that Ryan was genuine in his explanation of my situation. I already feel the difference in my house since they completed their work.
