I was extremely pleased with Zerorez Atlanta from the pick up and delivery crew, Jason Lewis and Farrell Snow who were very careful with my 10 x 14 area carpet and moved any furniture to enable their work, to Julianne Boyd who was very reassuring to my nervous questions and sent photos of my carpet at their facility. My returned carpet looks amazing! It looks beautiful and smells so fresh and clean. Jason and Farrell laid out my new felt rug pad and trimmed it to fit under my carpet and laid out my carpet and replaced my furniture cheerfully and always inquired if I was satisfied and if they could do anything else to make it better.
I couldn't be happier to have used this business and I am completely satisified.

I think your products and services are the best! I ordered three rooms cleaned and your best tech, in my opinion was Carlton Barett (sp?). He not only did a fantastic job on the rooms but when I asked him about getting some deep stains out on another room floor he assured me he could get them out. Of course, I paid extra but it was so worth it. Twice before some cleaners said they would get the stains out but they could not follow through.
Carlton is a miracle worker, very pleasant and did such a great job. I had thought I might have to replace the carpeting but it looks brand new now. Hooray for Carlton and Zerorez.

When I called I got to talk to a person and an appointment was set up for just a few days to clean my carpet. I was called 20 minutes before the gentleman was going to arrive. He came on time, explained what he was going to do so I knew what to expect. He went over the charges and answered all my questions. He was very polite and did a great job!!
