Zero Rez is always professional and timely. The carpets always look and feel amazing afterwards. Like the fact that they sanitize with steam instead of using harsh chemicals.

My only problem with the company is your telephone access.
When calling to make appointment put on hold, and then I had to wait for call back.
Same problem why someone called to say tech was on the way. I could not answer that call.
When I called back, same problem put on hold for a long time.
The technician (Amari) was top notch. He provided me with the options, but was not pushy when I declined. I had a technician in the past who wouldn't stop making up reasons why I needed to upgrade and that it is why I hadn't used your service in so long. He did a great job cleaning the carpets. Will definitely use the service again.
