Technician was friendly and professional. He was very knowledgeable and informed me of a bio treatment to the carpet that would eliminate the odor from the previous owner's cat so my dog wouldn't be marking or going nuts. House smelled great afterwards. Not to mention he had a special trainee with him that spoke volumes about the integrity and dedication the management has to this franchise. WELL DONE!

I am very satisfied with the service and I will use it again to do my upstairs carpet cleaning. Zerorez consistently does a great job. Just had them out again to do a room refresh and as usual any little spots or stains are gone, plus the carpets dried quickly with no residue. I won't use any other cleaning service. Also, their technicians are some of the nicest people I've met in the service industry.
