The service was top notch. We will be calling Zerorez for any future carpet cleaning needs. They were honest, upfront, friendly, punctual, and fairly priced. I booked the appointment late Thursday night and they were at my house at 8:00am on Saturday. Joshua was very knowledgeable and offered his recommendations but didn’t not try to force any upgrades. He also gave us advice on how to maintain out carpet until the next cleaning. He went above and beyond in the customer service department!

Tyler did a fine job on my carpet ,chairs, and the tile in the master bathroom.
However, I am not that pleased with the tile cleaning in the smaller bathroom; I think it needs another cleaning in certain spots. Overall, I am satisfied.
