Excellent cleaning. Professional and courteous technicians.

We have been lucky enough to have the same technician each time. He already knows us and remembers our carpet issues. Very nice!

You were on time, no upwelling or hidden prices, and did an amazing job!!! You didn't rush to get the job done, but took your time and made sure it was right.

The technician was professional, personable and so much better than the previous cleaning service we'd hired that you cannot imagine the difference. We were totally displeased with them and cannot do anything but rave about you.

I am very please with the products and services; however, there was one particular area that I pointed out to the service tech and it is still not clean to my satisfaction.

natural products

No residue and carpets dry quickly.

Professional staff and the stains I never thought I would have never expected to come clean we're no longer visible

Your staff was very professional and courteous. I am very happy with the results.

Moss did an amazing job. Our carpets look like new! He was very informative about our options. We love the deep down clean and the fresh smell. I will highly recommend your service.

Your representative on the phone was very helpful, patient and gave a thorough explanation of what the charges covered. Your technician was polite,on time, and did a great job even though there were some challenging areas he had to clean.

there was no sticky residue left when it was cleaned and my "brown bomb" couch did NOT smell like dogs!!!!! or feet!!!!. the makeip in my daughters carpet was GONE and no longer smelled of doggy tinkle!!! the most amazing was the tile downstairs....it changed color and the groout looks new...will say the sealant was a bit loud and i was glad i could open the windows but after a few hours the smell was not as bad. i WILL do this again to assure my tile is cleaned!!!

very impressed with services and out come. I'll definitely recommend to friends and family

Perfect customer service and attention to detail.

My rug has been through a lot of wear and tear and after zerorez it is very much improved. Also, Ryan the technician sent to my home was very friendly and was very knowledgeable.

Timely service, efficient and effective. Technician was plesant and on time.

Dustin, the technician, did an awesome job with our carpets. He was meticulous, friendly and professional. We thought Zerorez was perhaps a lot of hype;it is not. Zerorez is an environmentally safe product that leaves your carpets looking like new--zero-NEW!

It is everything they said on the radio advertisement, and more. I was told the exact truth, and quoted a price that was just what I was told it would be at the end. My carpets have never looked so good, and I will share with those in my neighborhood, and friends. I learned a lot from my technician, Moss, and will have him come back the next time I need your service. Excellent service and results- thank you!!

Carpet looks new, smells clean and feels softer it normally does after a cleaning.

Zerorez did a wonderful job on my carpet. They showed up on time and were fast and efficient. The stains are all gone and the carpet looks two shades lighter and brighter.
