Majuan did an excellent job of communicating details about cost before the job started. He was thorough in his work and conscience about attempting to deal with all stains. The enzyme activator used on removal of the dog urine stains was very effective. Even our high traffic areas were amazingly transformed. The technique used by zerorez is very effective. I especially like the fact that it leaves no chemical or soap residue that will only attract more dirt after cleaning. Our carpet is very light colored and about ten years old. It doesn't look brand new of course, but We are very pleased with the results!

The service was quick and complete. The representative was very efficient. I like the fact that the product is 'green'. The residual dirty water is just dumped in the yard, nothing toxic.
The technician that cleaned our carpet was very professional and he was willing to go back over a high traffic area when I asked him to. I had many spots on my carpet and whenever I had them cleaned by other carpet cleaners, the spots always returned in about a month. It has been 4 months since my carpet was cleaned by zerorez and none of the spots have come back. I will definitely use zerorez again.

Carpets are 17 years old in bedrooms that were cleaned. They look so much better no spots or path marks. Piling has is more "uplifted" Very nice very happy with results

Courtesy of technicians and staff (phone). When I was not happy with the cleaning, Zerorez came right back out and cleaned the trouble spots. The second time was the charm, and my carpets are spotless!

My carpet looks great and the tech was knowledgeable and polite.
I like the idea that the carpets are not supposed to have the "chemical/detergent" residue that is an after effect of other cleaning methods because that residue seems to continue to attract the dirt. Am hoping that the areas that had spills/spots will look as clean in the next few months as they look now. Our service tech was very professional and nice. He seemed to take pride in his work and accomplished his work in an efficent manner. He made suggestions for additonal services, but was not pushy or demanding.

I especially like that you don't use any type of soaps or anything that leaves residue in the carpet. I was also very impresses with how professional, friendly, and courteous everyone I dealt with was. Even from the very first call. My experience with Zerorez was great. Mark, the Zerorez associate who came to my home, did a great job with cleaning the floors. He seemed very knowledgable, did exactly what he said he was going to do, and explained the cleaning process, pricing, etc. A very professional job all around. The only gripe (and it is a tiny one) that I have is that it appears he left some kind of powdered cleaning agent or something that was dumped in a pile in my driveway. Other than that, I was pretty satisfied with Zerorez.
The main reason I chose zerorez was due to your commericals on the radio - no residue left on my carpets. They look and feel good.
